The View Support section provides an overview of all support-related information within the system.

Toolbar​

  • Search: Allow to search for related support names to quickly locate specific support information.
  • Active: Display the status of supports, showing which ones are currently active or inactive.
  • Create: Create a new support. 🔗

Listing​

Support Listing Image

  • Sites: The locations or platforms associated with the support account.
  • Username: The username used for the support account.
  • Active: Indicates whether the support account is currently active.
  • 2FA Enabled: Shows if two-factor authentication is enabled for the support account.
  • Date Joined: The date when the support account was created or joined.
  • Group: The group to which the support account belongs.
  • Today Closing Balance: The closing balance of accounts or transactions for today.
  • Support Type: The type of support.
  • Action: Available actions for managing or interacting with the support account.
