The View Game Account Started section allows you to check if a game account has started for a player and manage related issues. You can use this section to verify game account status, troubleshoot issues, and assist players with closing their game accounts.

  • Product: Allows users to filter game account started listing by product.

  • Sites: The specific site associated with the game account.
  • Product: The product related to the game account.
  • Username: The username of the player.
  • Login As: A button to log in as the player for issue verification.
  • Login: The player's login ID.
  • Password: The player's login password.
  • Discarded: Indicates whether the game account has been discarded.
  • Is Started: Indicates whether the game account has started.
  • Credit: The amount of game credit associated with the account.
